I had very little trouble with my hosting experience with them. I like this company. Tech support is top-notch although there is no toll-free number or live chat support.
Their network is fast and everything is smooth and polished. I was disappointed in the small amount of disk space they allow you. That is the main reason that I left. Also, given that, I think their prices are a bit high.
If you don't mind paying a premium, this is an overall very good company to work with.
