That doesn't necessarily say much, though, does it? Other than "ev1servers' support isn't much hotter than a lukewarm pancake"?
 
Do you think ev1servers.net support is lacklustre because their mindset is that they sell un-managed servers and you are supposed to be at an intermediate to expert level in system administration before considering purchasing a server?

Or they lack the skilled support staff to answer your questions?

I am speaking from the perspective of an outsider again that has never used ev1servers.

Actually both... they can say they provide unmanged service but when they give you a server which has failing hard drives or a bad chip set that is their fault.

Their support sucks when taking up to an hour to get a reboot. Average is about 8 to 15 minutes though. So in both yes I don't like them much. When they give you a good product their service is great.
