Double Disk Space Being Used?

After performing an update last night a few select accounts are now showing twice the amount of disk space being used. Nothing goofy is mounted, and resetting the disk quotas didn't help.

I did some searching in the forums here, and on a few others but everything came up empty. Thoughts?

We use Fedora.

I'm not saying this is the case but I've seen on a cPanel server where after an update directories were recreated so accounts were showing double disk space and two of every directory.

You may probably want to rescan the filesystem for disk usage and possibly some files saved in other places like /tmp, log directories, etc, have uid and gid of your users ~
