I'm not sure in America, and am currently checking out England.
Although here in France - they have two packages for everything: phone lines, mobile packages, internet, and so on.
I'm currently researching into some new things: phone, mobile and internet. Usually, you expect to be able to go to the Enterprise section of the website, and find the best solution for you and your company... yes in a lot of cases, they only offer the best solutions and deals to those home users!
I'll give a small example as to what I'm talking about.
Orange France. Home user mobile package is like €47 or something for 5 hours, while the Enterprise version is €50. Now, the home user package allows me or my employees to phone international, national, send sms and ems national and international - but all included in the contract. Yet, the Enterprise package, doesn't do any of those things included in the contract - you need to pay extra!!
It's like they treat the home user better than the Enterprise!
Thankfully the bank is the other way round.
