Do you read?
I used to read quite a bit years ago but I have been so busy in the last few years that I havent had a chance to read even one book.
Even when Im taking a break from working I always do something else, just wanted to know if anyone does still read..

if you do, what was the last book you read? Was it any good?
Think I might look for a good book soon and try read it

Whats reading a book??

JK. To be honest I have never liked reading for fun since i hit 6th grade. Homework assignments and projects required me to read enough.

I dont really have time to read a book anymore anyways. Im either working, taking classes, or out running errands. I normally get home around 9PM each night... by that time I just want to eat, check my email, watch some TV and go to bed.

Last book I read was : All quiet on the western front (world war book)

All my reading now is done by reading **** off the ineternet, out of required reading material for courses... and may some directions once in a while :)

I used to read quite alot, back in the day when I was only about 9 or so, the book mobile and library had a little contest, to see who could read the most books over the summer. I think I read probably close to 50-75 or so. Of course these were not huge novels but they were not the 2 pages of size 72 font books either :)

The only reading I really do is HTnet and sometimes an interesting article in the computer paper.

yeah reading on the net is the only reading I do now really.
Always checking out forums so read a lot on those but I dont know many people that read books anymore...

I read every day. I just finished the third man and I am currently reading Bravo Two Zero by Andy McNab. I've read the entire Hitch-Hiker's trilogy and I am also a keen reader of Anthony Horowitz. I've read eight books in a series called Warpath which are all about soldiers from WWII.

I've read the following this year:
The Third Man
Ernest Hemingway
Stormbreaker
Mostly Harmless
Jeeves and Woster
And then there where none
Hero's of the SAS
Harry Potter
StarCraft 1
StarCraft 2
StarCraft 3

Well see, the way I look at it, if gooooogle does all this reading, we don't have to read, he reads enough to cover himself, myself and John.. so looks like he got us covered :)

Well today I sat here.. bored and was walking through my kitchen when I saw a book.. Unix in a Nutshell.. so I figured since I just bought my new IRC server, why not try to learn some Unix stuff.. oh buddy I got about 4 pages into it and I called it quits for the day.. haha the things in there about the history of Unix and Solaris.. then some of the weird commands.. too much for me to handle, especially since I never actually read something in years..

I dont read too much except for whats displayed on my monitor or if my nose are in my programming books. Last year I managed to read:

Holes
Harry Potter And The Goblet of Fire
Diablo #2 The Black Road
Starcraft #1

Thas about it lol.
