Do you offer an Uptime SLA Agreement?

We offer a 99.99% Uptime SLA Agreement and we maintain that performance very well. Is this an industry-standard practice? Or do you find that it doesn't make a lot of difference in a decision-makers mind?

We offer an SLA for server uptime and also for support response time.

I think that most people buying cheap hosting for a personal blog will pay no attention to it at all, but bigger business clients definitely expect to see a reasonable SLA.

when it comes to SLA agreements etc. you have to look at your setup as if you are on a Reseller Plan or VPS then you have to agree to any terms/policies/agreements set by your provider, these will also apply to all users/websites help on the server, so your client also need to agree to the same terms/policies/agreements, so best thing is to ask your provider if you can copy their terms/policies/agreements (making sure you change any reference to them to your business name).
