Do you buy or sell on eBay?

have you ever bought or sold anything on ebay?
I used to use it nearly every day about a year ago but had a very bad experience when I bought something and lost a lot of money which put me off a lot...

I have only been on a few times in the last year but havent bought anything.
If you do sell on ebay, do you think you make good money from it or is everything going too cheap and the profit margin is far too low to even consider selling there?

have you had any good/bad experiences with buying or selling on ebay?
 
I've never actually sold or bought anything from ebay.. although I was looking at some computer parts there not tgo long ago.. but I think I will just go buy them at a store instead.. I was going to sell some things on ebay as well but it didn't seem like there was much money to be made so I didn't even bother trying.
 
I used to think that eBay was a good place to buy and sell stuff but I have never used it after I heard a lot of negative reviews from a couple of my friends who use to use eBay.

I use ebay to buy and sell periodically.

You've got to pick your spots. Buying computer componants, etc for established vendors has always worked for me.

I sell things on ebay as I upgrade. Great place to sell stuff that would otherwise sit in your closet (other people would have a use for it)

I wouldnt try to make a business out of selling on ebay - seems to competitive and the margins just arent there ( IMO)
 
I sold alot stuff on ebay year ago when I got the product very cheap. I was make alot money but now the product is to hign that I can not make no money on ebay. :(
 
Did you buy it in bulk then sell through eBay?
Or just have somewhere you could get it cheap then sell it on to people on eBay?

I think theres a lot better places to sell than eBay but if you want something cheap your likely to get it on eBay which is good...in some ways
