Hello everyone,
I would like to ask a couple of questions related with DNS as I am confused.
I have 2 dedicated servers. The 1st is located in USA and the 2nd in Europe.
I have moved all my domains into the 2nd server apart from one reseller.
I setup dns clustering to the 1st server and synchronize one record just to see if it?s working alright which does. Do I need to setup dns clustering to the 2nd server as well?
I need to setup/optimize dns to serve faster my sites and be more a reliable/redundant solution. Almost all my traffic (90%) is coming from European clients and this is why I bought a 2nd box in Europe.
Which is the best scenario to setup these 2 servers?
At the moment I have the reseller account in ns1 and ns2.domain.com and the rest of my sites at ns1 and ns2.domain.co.uk
Is there a point to have dns clustering with something like that or it is better to change all the sites to point at ns1.domain.com and ns1.domain.co.uk
Help!!
