DizzyHosting

New member
Dizzyhosting, has just bought a new server so right now the server is super fast and will remain fast, as we make the needed adjustments to keep the server alive, and operating at peak efficiency. Dizzyhosting Offers the following:

MB's (1 GB if you get our proffessional Plan) of Space
GB's (large amounts) of transfer
Php,
Perl/CGI,
MySQL,
Unlimited Subdomains,
Addon Domains (domain pointers),
Parked Domains,
and much much more....

Dizzyhostings basic plan starts at $6.50, but dont disregard dizzyhosting yet! Take a look at what we have to offer first at http://www.dizzyhosting.com/

Dizzyhosting has an 99% Uptime guarantee, which we never exceed an hour of downtime in a month, not limited to server upgrades. If we exceed the limit we discount! meaning your next payment will be less, or if your paying yearly you get a discount on next years payment.

Dizzyhosting doesn't oversell space or banwidth, meaning your portion is YOURS, it will never be someone elses to use, unlike some hosts which are suspected of doing it. Dont delay today, buy your own package, and get the most reliable Shared hosting offers online!

Dizzyhosting doesn't just stop there, Dizzyhosting offers resellers for those looking to start a small business, along with that you dont have to buy those exspensive Control Panels Such as WHM, or CPanel, you automatically get them saving you $1000!

Run away from Dizzyhosting !

It's crap, I've subscribed 2 weeks ago to their basic plan and nothing happened...
But my credit card has been properly charged of course... something should be working.
They don't answer emails, and the so-called "live support" is never online...
So run away and try to find a serious hosting solution, even if it's a little bit more expensive.
And if you have any idea about how having my money back, I'm listening...

Well it doesnt sound like you even received any account info at all?
Im not sure if youve tried other methods of contact but by doing a quick lookup of their domain, they appear to be very new, as the domain was only created in March

You might try the email listed or the phone number since everything else is not getting results.
If this fails as well then I would contact my CC issuing bank and explain the situation. They can do a chargeback for services not rendered and you should be able to get your refund.

1) If you properly registered than you need the a) point your domain name, b) use the login information provided by DizzyHosting and use the CPanel Port number on the DizzyHosting Site.

2) Email and Live Support *ARE* active, Email is reserved for clients meaning if you talking about issues dont email it directly to the "home" address of the Owner, use the Tech Support Email, Live Supports on at least 11 hours however we dont have all the time in the world to keep it open for one whole session.

3) If your Tech Support isn't being answered it could be because you a) sent it to another department, b) start spamming the email, c) uploaded threats VIA email.

As advised by various other people, I believe your Gotme (judging by GoMenS, and the obvious style of writting.) From other people who have purchased Hosting, specifically ShadowGelert, you

A) Upload threats
B) Have disregarded the limits when you worked at sites
C) Attempted to steal Layouts from PZN-Designs by asking to see a layout in its works.
D) Spammed, uploaded Viruses.
E) Sent hate letters VIA email.

Our records state that the last subscriber was Robot Draik, thus making your assumptions of DizzyHosting Incorrect. Before you "impersonate" the owner, they registered 3 weeks ago making you a known imposter.

None of GoMenS post is true, because a) there were no registrations 2 weeks ago, b) we run CPanel and Activation is Instant (and I've tested it this morning and it DOES work c) the Email and Live Support are active since we provide support for our Clients.

If you say so...

I'm really unlucky then, right ?

Here are the two emails I sent, with a lot of hate in it :

From: Florent Guilbert s
subject: Need Help : Wrong Address

Hi William,

I just ordered a basic plan on DizzyHosting.
Everything worked fine until I received the confirmation email, including this passage :

>Access your Site
>To access your site before the domain name completes propogation
>you can go to the URL below to view your site.
http://http://IP/~recipema/

I'm not a big IT specialist but the URL provided is really weird, isn't it ?
And I'd like to begin transfering my pages quickly, so if you can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Regards,

Florent Guilbert

Hi,

I haven't received any news from you since I've subscribed to your basic plan and since my last email.
Last disappointment, I have no username working since the beginning of the week.
Well, compared to what is written on your website concerning your excellence in support, it's a kind of shame, isn't it ?
So I just can do nothing.
But I've seen that my credit card was properly charged though.
Anyway, here's the deal, if I have no news by the end of the week, I'll ask you to refund me my money, I'm sure it won't be a problem, because from Pennsylvania to Connecticut, there's no problem for you to make a payment on an american account, right ?
I'll provide you the information if necessary.

Florent Guilbert

None of GoMenS post is true, because a) there were no registrations 2 weeks ago, b) we run CPanel and Activation is Instant (and I've tested it this morning and it DOES work c) the Email and Live Support are active since we provide support for our Clients.

I can understand that something went wrong during my order and that my informations have been lost, I can't understand you :
- don't answer emails without hate (asking for help or for refund aren't threat or hate, right ?).
- don't check the inquiries that are sent to you.

And I wouldn't spent time posting messages on the board if it worked properly... So don't say I'm the problem, I've done my part.

There was NO recorded Accounts on CPanel by the name recipema, even http://207.44.237.156/~recipema/ confirms it. There is NO record of you being billed, there is NO account in our PerlBill invoice Area, and there is NO record of outgoing mail to you. So unless you can provide Real Evidence Besides, words (inotherwards SCREENSHOTS) your post is considered a fraud.

If you need the authenticity of the IP address than go to NIC.com, and look over the domains,

shadowgelert.com
neowinners.com
robotdraik.com

Do I speak Chinese ?

Do you have read my message ?
In the second email I sent to you, I said my account wasn't working anymore (first I got the message that my account was pending, then I wasn't recognized at all).
I even tried to receive a new password and that's when my account disappeared.
And let's be honest, what screenshots can I provide ?
Screenshot of the emails received confirming my order ? What evidence is that, you could also said I faked them... Screenshot of my banking account, same thing...
All I have left is that (yeah I'm sorry I don't make screenshot of my orders on internet, I just save the confirmation message):
your 2Checkout.com order number is: 68594-6308661
For Questions About Your Order Contact:

So I don't know what went wrong, but boy, I'm beginning to be fed up to be called a liar...

MOD NOTE: I would just like to inform all participating in this thread parties that the issue/communication is being closely monitored by the board management team.

We feel sorry for the unfortunate accident that took place since we really hate seeing this kind of experience happen to either party.

From what we've seen in this thread, we would also like to encourage DizzyHosting to check on the issue yet once again, including the existence of the 2CheckOut order number and for GoMens to stay patient while the problem is being reviewed.

Unfortunately, technology is not perfect and accidents like these happen. We all wish and hope to see this mysterious issue resolved as soon as possible.

All the best,
