1. All server packages are unmanaged. We provide free reboots via our Helpdesk at support [at] dediwebhost.com.
2. We accept Paypal, major credit cards and Western Union. For quickest activations, Paypal is the fastest method.
3. We provide cPanel and Plesk. cPanel is $20/month. Plesk is free.
4. Once payment is received, we will setup your server within 2-24 hours depending on the activation queue.
5. We give out 1 primary IP per customer and you may request up to 10 IPs for free per ARIN justification.
6. Our bandwidth providers are NTT Verio and Cogent.
7. We do not allow IRC channels on our network.
8. Adult sites are acceptable.
9. All hardware upgrades have a setup fee of $50.00 but we will waive it if you specify the upgrade during initial purchase.
