Q: How soon will my server be setup after payment?
A: Servers are setup and deployed within 24-72 hours after confirmation of your payment. The 72 hour timeframe is not a guarantee, however it is very rare for a server to take longer. Most servers are done within 24 hours, but please allow upto 72 hours for deployment.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept only PayPal for our dedicated servers. We are a PayPal verified business account and can accept credit card payments through PayPal as well. At this time, we do not accept direct credit card sales.
Q: Why does your website say self managed and freebies say free management?
A: All of our servers are listed on our website as 100% self managed and dedicated. However, if you choose to purchase your server with CentOS or Fedora Core and purchase cPanel with your server, we will provide basic management services for you as outlined in the next FAQ. We do not, however, support other control panels or operating systems, thus we list them as self managed, with the exception of Linux based cPanel servers.
Q: What is included under "basic management"?
A: If you order your server with either CentOS or Fedora Core and cPanel, we will provide basic management services to you. This means that we will monitor your server for you and fix anything that breaks. We will also perform security audits, server upgrades, and answer your technical questions for you. Basic management is JUST LIKE full management with the exception that we do not routinely login to your server and perform upgrades. You must simply request us to do so.
