I'm currently renting a dedicated server @ communitech.net which I don't need anymore. It's a PIII 600Mhz, 256RAM and I believe 15,3 Gig harddisk and 20 GB traffic each month...

That price is way to high for a server thats only 600 mgz and thats not much space and banwidth
