Creating graphics for my website

I'm in the process of creating a program in Visual Basic. It's basicly a GUI frontend to the popular program ffmpeg. It's being made for people who want to easily convert video from a range of popular video formats to one which will function on their iPod Video. I'm mainly doing it for fun really.

Now I want to make a small website to promote it. Creating the website isn't a problem, but getting graphics is. Does anyone know where I can get the following produced at a relatively cheep price? I also need to be able to pay using paypal. I'm asking here because I'm hoping that someone might have some recommendations.

I need;
A program icon
A logo for the website
Various pictures of an iPod showing video files being transfered

Any ideas?

I will see if I can find any recommendations. Havent delved too much in to graphics and usually create crumby ones my self.

I haven't fully got round to using it properly but it looks like a great replacement for Paint Shop Pro.

If it's the guy who did the style for DeuceAce then I would recommend him Looks like you paid good for that layout and custom design.
