Creating a FTP account using whm?

any one know how to do this.
I see information on the internet about making ftp accounts using cpanel
but
not whm.

You cannot make an FTP account directly in WHM. You need to create an account first in WHM and use that account to make an FTP account. Naturally, cPanel accounts get a default FTP account.

There are however a number of different settings you have access to through WHM which will allow you to control and manipulate FTP access to your corresponding Cpanel accounts. This is useful in some cases, not sure if it really applies to yours though. Best of luck!
