cPanel reporting exim as failed...big problem for my email!

Hey,
cPanel is reporting exim as failed and I have it set to alert me if a service has gone down.
I got 120 emails since last night because its being reported as failed, although its working fine.
I think it just started happening after either a server reboot or cPanel update.

Updated to the edge release of cpanel but that didnt fix it.
Also tried to turn reporting off for exim but still getting the emails for some reason.

Anyone have any ideas?
I would rather work out why cPanel is reporting it as failed than just stop the emails

Thanks
John

John try restarting the server. If that doesn't work try going to a stable build of CPanel. Some times CPanel just doesn't show it and it gets confussed. Which version are you running 9.x ?

Also if you shell into your box.

type in

cd /scripts

then

ls

look for something like fixexim

I think that would also fix it.

You could try /scripts/fixeverything

Let us know how it goes.

Hey,
Well it seems cpanel doesnt go well with a tweak I done so I fixed that and its working perfectly now.
I done the tweak before upgrading but guess only the upgrade had the problem with the tweak, didnt have any problems before upgrading.

All sorted now but thanks for helping :)
