Is there any good FREE control panels out there?

You could also just try searching HotScripts or phpResourceIndex though.
That control panel comes with a very nice mail system called Postaci Mail (Postaci = Turkish for Postman).

another question....are there any "packaged" linux distributions out there. I have the hardware...I am wondering about the actual OS/bundle that come's with a control panel?

In regards to your second post. Do you mean this: "Are there any software packages that include the control panel and the OS system with everything pre-installed like php, apache, mysql, etc."
