Complimentary Color Scheme or Indentical?

In making different sections to my website (forum, blog, store) I am trying to decide if having complimentary colors for the background/text section/header/footer would be better than having the same combinations throughout. So for instance having black/white/pink for the store, white/pink/black for the blog and pink/white/black for the forum. I'm thinking it could either confuse people or help to differentiate what part of the site you are on without losing some thread of similarity. Any feedback?

I think its best to use 1 same theme throughout the entire site.

it's very confusing for users if some parts of the web site are changed, i agree with DionDev 1 theme on the entire site
