China used prisoners in lucrative internet gaming work

I don't believe this. There are bots that can play these games, why the need to use prisoners? But even if this was true, i can imagine that much worst things could have happened to prisoners in China than playing computer games - so this should be considered more like recreational activity for them.

I don't find it hard to believe at all.
 
Interesting story, Juan - I've never played WoW or any of those games, but I'm no longer shocked by stories like these. :D

I've never played WoW myself neither, but I do play other PC video games (love the Wii as well!). :)

I've also seen stories similar to this one (gold farms). However, this is the first one I've read, where the goverment is the one doing it! :shocked:
