Changes to Marketplace Forum Rules

THE FOLLOWING MARKETPLACE RULE CHANGES ARE NOW IN EFFECT:

1. Products/Services Offers & Requests forum and its sub-forums no longer require 14 days of active membership and 25 posts in the community forums.

2. The 14-day wait period between advertising threads has been changed to a 7-day period for all marketplace forums.
