Can you resell vbskins.com vbulletin skins?

Someone has offered me a vbskins.com vb template for Hostng-Talk.net but I didnt get it because I dont think you can transfer skins but Im not sure..
Does anyone know if you can or not?

Said in the IRC room Gordy but just incase anyone else doesnt know, its a skin which was bought from vbskins.com but I dont know if you can sell/transfer your skin to someone else or if you can only keep it yourself.

Yeah sorry about that.. I *think* you can sell it to someone else in most cases.

Forum skins are only zip files and can be emailed to anyone for there own use whether you choose to sell to them or not.

I was told it is legal so I have bought the skin now
