That thought never crossed my mind ... to me, the comedy was not so much the accent, but what she was saying to intentionally confuse the caller.So nobody here thought it was just a little racist? :devil:
I was just kidding, I thought it was hilarious. A lot of Canadian companies are now turning to outsourcing their client care to India (even banks!!) and I am having a hard time understanding some of them. Also, just like in this skit, you know you called a call center in India when they repeat everything you've said in a more structured way to get your confirmation whether they understood your request.
