Call Center Prank

Nice find!

Funny thing is most indians I've meet and have spoken to, really do speak very well pronounced english and use correct wording instead of slang, like most.

I was just kidding, I thought it was hilarious. A lot of Canadian companies are now turning to outsourcing their client care to India (even banks!!) and I am having a hard time understanding some of them. Also, just like in this skit, you know you called a call center in India when they repeat everything you've said in a more structured way to get your confirmation whether they understood your request. :)

hilarious none the less :D got an auzzie friend who is continually making "pomie" jokes and I intend for him to never get his eyes on that video :P

though I seem to be getting that problem with Dell as we purchase a lot from them however their call centre is almost completely disconnected from the actual process over here which adds difficulty to the process. Had the same problem with internet providers at one point as their staff had the only option of a “line test” where as their technical staff are fully able to resolve a problem (UK staff) though are unreachable :(

Led to the choice of a different provider, though unfortunately Dell has to stay.. for now :P
