For most people, breakfast is very important.
Think about it. While you are sleeping, your body is depleting resources. Using up calories, body fluid, etc. In the morning, your body is expecting to be repleted/refilled. If you have breakfast, all is good. If not, your body goes into *starvation mode*, thinking that it will have to "store" fat, given the infrequency of feeding. Your metabolism slows down, you get fatter, your wife points out your newly formed love handles.
Instead, have breakfast. Add to the number of meals you have in a day. Fuel your engine. Get a jump start on the day. But
don't do it with Krispy Kreme doughnuts, croissants or bowls of Apple Jacks. Instead, have some fruit, or a bowl of Bran Flakes, or an omelette, or run some fruit through your juicer.
OK, 'nuff preaching.
