Best Free Hosters

Does anyone know of any free hosters that are really good? Right now I am using Netfirms, which is pretty good, but I want something that supports PHP, SSI, password protection, and more.

I think that Lifelesspeople.com is one of the logest lasting that does not require you to put ads on your site...
