You don't know how to install a PHP script. It's straight forward. We can do it for a fee, or signup for our hosting at www.powhost.com and we'll install for free. And, no we're not scammers, by posting a free product on the web, only complete morons would think that.

my reply to that was

I am a webhost and have been since 1999 and been installing scripts for just as long, many more complicated than the bidware structure.

just doing a google search on bidware show many complaints about bidware. My intention was to provide pre configured auction websites to clients on our servers as we were looking at bidware to install, but your reply has made our decision to not use bidware, but to add your comments to some of the complaint boards.

so the reply i get back was more abusive

You must be a complete idiot, not to understand how to install a php script, dickhead. Check http://wetbidz.com/ for a recent customer install of our FREE script.

Please post about me. More advertising for our Free scripts!

It is strange that if i could not install a PHP script, how did i mange to install my PHP website, WHMCS several installs of dolphin etc and of course PHPProbid auction which is large and more complicated than bidware.

look at their own site bidware.com and use 99% of the links and they all just revert back to homepage.

Wow that was very interesting.. I've never seen anyone act like that..

me neither, no wonder so many complaints all over the internet about bidware.

especially when i only emailed him as i had an issue with his software not displaying on my site, but rather than offer help calling me a moron and then thinking this will help him get more people using his software.

and to think i was going to offer auction sites build around his auction script, which would mean more exposure for him.

Looks like it is going to be Webid (installed though softaculous) that we offer

YIKES! That was crazy, I could not imagine someone sending out a CS email like that (dickhead??!!). We need to keep this thread up for a little while.

If any of my staff sent anything like than they would not get a second chance as i would show them the door and lock it behind them as they leave

While they have displayed absolutely disgusting non-sensible behavior (especially knowing their replies could be posted publicly), why does their first reply contain this part: "[a]nd, no we're not scammers". Why would they deny something they were not accused of in your initial email to them?

No Idea. the statement i placed on the site linked to was added after i got the reply from him and i checked out bidware on google, as i left the bidware script on the site expecting them to look at it and give a solution to what it was displaying a white page.
