Bad pet owners

Folks I must vent here. It has been a crappy Monday and what better way to continue the week as a trip to the dentist tomorrow. No one likes the dentist but still I must go and I can handle that. However I have lived at my current residence now for almost five years. In that time the first few were fine. Lately though it seems my neighborhood is full of idiots that do not care about their pets.

My dog is an outside dog and well taken care of, fixed, proper shots, proper shelter for cold months. I come home today and I see a pup outside with its sibling (maybe 6 months old?) and what looks to be the Daddy dog, they are all outside in the damn cold. What is wrong with people.

I fully understand where you're coming from - it sounds they there was some neglect involved. Try contacting the owner if the dog(s) are still outside by tomorrow.

That's what I would do if the issue persists.
