Has anyone used any of the sites offering tutorials on various things?
E.g. domain reg, setting up accounts, using cPanel, FTP and those kind of things.
I have seen a lot more sites offering them recently, but a lot of hosts seem to have them now. Some look a lot better quality than others and the price reflects this.
There are a few sites on my list that look very good, they offer the higher quality demos, I think giving an impression of using high quality services also shows that you do offer high quality in your own services is a very important marketing tool.
Plus it can also inspire confidence from your current customers.
Has anyone tried these?
Did they cut down on support tickets?
Did customers like them?
Is the quality of the ones you got or have seen good looking?
