Anyone having p4host problems?

Hopefully this is the right place for this post.

I've been with p4Host since 2004 and use Horde for my online e-mail program and until recently hadn't experienced any problems. In the past couple of months I've begun to notice little issues with Horde not loading, having to constantly log out and log back into my e-mail and then suddenly on Sunday, 9 Sept. I have been unable to access my Inbox. Horde comes up but the Inbox that is displayed has none of my folders or e-mails.

I submitted a ticket to p4host early this morning and have not even gotten an automated response saying they received my request. I called their customer service number 213.814.0293 and got a recording saying, "The mailbox you are calling is full." WTF? The Live Support icon on the home page says "OFFLINE."

As I said I've never had any problems with this company and so this situation has me very confused. Does anybody have any suggestions? While I'm not a complete idiot about this stuff I'm also not a genius, so please keep that in mind when responding! *lol* Thanks for any help!!

The support request I sent was from my control panel admin page, which is where I've sent prior requests from and in it I stated that they needed to respond to my Yahoo account and not my photography account since that is the one that isn't working. But I went ahead and sent another request directly from the P4host support page. Keeping fingers crossed.

I've spoken with a friend who is also trying to help me out and he says that in order to do this I would still have to register the sub-domain thru p4Host.

It's now almost 9pm and their website is finally showing their online support as being "online" so I'm heading over there now to contact someone before it suddenly goes "offline" again. *sigh*
 
Well, even though their "Live Support" icon said they were "online" I got a message stating their support was currently "offline" when I attempted to contact an operator last night. And this morning still nothing. Phone # not working, or rather I get the same "mailbox full" message, my e-mails still unaccessible. Oh but I did get an absurd e-mail from someone named Kylie in tech support:

"is there everything okay now?
Have A Great Day!!!"

Shouldn't do if you have access to CPanel a.k.a port 2082
