This seemed like the best place for this post...Please move if it doesn't go here :)

Anyways, I was thinking about using this service but was hoping to see if any of you guys used them before and if so what exp. have you had with them.

the script will not go off if there is a pop-up blocker.
This was a quote from Traffic Batch in 2009. I know I have pop ups blocked, but I don't know if that's the norm across the board currently.

I thought so too webfreak, and I saw that as well Steve. I tried to google their site but found no reviews, just ad posts on forums and blogs.

I just joined statcounter...Gonna give that a try and see if I can get more detailed stats for my blog.

I don't get into these kinds of paid traffic. How does it work actually? Is it a PTC program or PPC advertising? I read somewhere on the website about pop under ads. Is that how our ads will be displayed?

Ok folks. We've only used them for a little while now and have to honestly say, they are just like the rest.

TRAFFICBATCH.COM = A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

If you are looking for "visitors" to make a hit counter increase, then it works. If you are looking for real visitors that actually browse your site and possibly convert to sales, then you're wasting your money.

All the "visitors" are unique, but time spent on site is "0 Seconds" and the bounce rate for all the "visitors" sent is 100%.

Seriously, don't waste your money on this garbage! :disagree:

We received notification that our campaign was complete and had a chance to go over our visitor logs and would like to confirm that EVERY visitor we received from Trafficbatch in our stats showed 0 seconds on the site and a bounce rate of 100%.

The traffic from them is absolutely useless, so please do not waste your time or money on this junk.

:smash:

Yeah, I was very suspicious of these offers at one point as well. They simply ping your server many times I believe with unique IPs. I don't know how they do it.

It's not a scam, but I would most definitely ignore deals like this.

How is it not a scam if they guarantee REAL visitors to your site?

If they are in fact real visitors, statistics wouldn't show 0 seconds on the site a 100% bounce rate and no navigation beyond your index page for all 1000 visitors.

That to me shows the "visitors" are never actually even seeing your site to begin with. It's more than likely being loaded in an iframe or something similar.

Either way, they are not real visits to your site and therefore they should not be making the claim they are.
