I have been with a few different hosts in the past and had bad luck with them all, their support seems good however i would still like some advice before buying.

I think it is a collaberation cloud service, too funny, the guy who started it was on TV last night on Bravo!
 
On TV for what?
A site that was registered a few days ago that offers hosting surely doesn't warrant a TV appearance.

I'm confused. If this site was registered only days ago, why do you perceive their support to be good?
 
The only method that i have seen good support is via their live support system, they seem very helpful and knowledgeable, however this isn't always everything.

I was searching the web for random companies when i came across it, clicked on a link however i cannot quiet remember what site it was, will look through my history and let you guys know if i find out.

Anybody think i shouldn't go with these?

Seeing that this site was registered on April 5th, 2010, this verbage on their site concerns me:

Also, their WHOIS is privacy protected and there is no brick and mortar mailing address that I could find on their site.

you've come to the right place.. these guys are scamers at best. there's nothing wrong with being new to the biz and they should just admit it :)

just curious, which package were you going for anyway?
 
Hello David,

As they do NOT give any refunds at ANY time, as per their TOS I would not go with them. This means they have no uptime guarantee, and really no protection for you the buyer.

Thanks for the info so far guys, its highly appreciated!

I did read the TOS where it said about no refunds at any time, this did concern me and i did confront them in live chat about it where i was told that they would give me a coupon code that would either allow me to have the second month free if i was willing to give them a try or if i was not satisfied then i would get my money back regardless.

Just something to think about.

If you try them and want a refund, even though you have a coupon for it, they can dispute it being that "no refund at any time" is in their TOS.
 
The amount of questions and stuff that i have asked them so far, im surprised that they continue to be so nice to me :)

I did express my concerns about the TOS to them Jerry about the refund.

Either they are very desperate or just very good to their customers, they said they will draw up a simple contract stating that they will refund with a signature, scan it with the signature, and email that to me, i don't believe i really have anything to loose if it all goes wrong i can simply get my money back :)

I will let you guys know how things are after the initial set-up and after the month to see if i made a mistake or not :)

don't be so gullible. they'll tell you the cables are gold plated for less latency if that would mean a sale.

bottom line is, they are shady as hell.
 
You didn't really explain how you found this company davida50000.
Good luck with them though.
I guess my question would be why?
I have nothing against new companies but with so many established companies out there why would you choose a brand new company with no track record, with a suspect TOS at best, and which chooses to lie to people by offering unlimited resources.
Your decision of course but your research may need some work.
 
That setup process was very quick :)

I have my Email however i cannot access my domain yet as this apparently takes up to 48 hours for propagation (is this normal) however i can access it via the IP and the details i have received by Email are very informative.

All seems fast and good initially. We will see after 1 month though :)

Also, something im really impressed about is i received this Email soon after i had purchased:

Very impressed so far, however i cannot really give a full judgement at this point, i will stick around here, seems like a cool place and i hope i can learn a lot!

Honestly, If I got a signed contract before ordering, I'd give them a try.

I really don't dig that far though. If I see there is no refunds, I leave the site.

I just did a search for ************* myself, since I was confused (but not anymore) how you found this site. I found this thread on another forum.
