Yes and no, i have put a couple of ads, but it did not get me much traffic to the website, maybe my budget was too low or my ad was too crap. You have to know where you want your ad. Google adwords is very simple to use ad it targets your audience or predicts them. With buysellads you have to know where you post. Experiment and you'll know, that my best tip.
