Any Info on Cookiehost?

I was browsing the hot deals at another site and saw a great deal on cookiehost.com for new customers for the first year. But I've never heard of them. The few people discussing it seemed to be happy, but I'm worried about the long haul as it does require a yearly purchase to get the deal.

Their 2bg/20gb/1yr price is only $5 for the first year though, regularly $39.95.

Thanks, I was hoping for something useful like customer experience or things people have heard. Being based in Isreal (despite the OH address on the site) isn't going to tell me if their hosting is any good.

No but it does help to explain a little of why they are able to offer deals like this. Even their regular hosting price is really very good.

While waiting/searching for some customers reviews, you could also try and get in touch in them to see what kind of response you get. Ask a few questions and see if they are nice, if you understand what they are saying (helpful), etc. Just a thought...
