I also know about HD Advertisement but HD online buy/sell script does not work(most of forum allow to advertise but they required to send a email to get price, time waste  )

If you ask me - We also did all these and result - AVERAGE!

- If you have 1 billion dollars for Google ADWORDS then ok. Otherwise it's not ok. And there is tons of fake people random mail you for Good SEO.

I'm also looking for the answer maybe some one here help me too..

I was on the Google ads campaign site they have to plan an ad campaign.
It was very funny for sure.
You see all these offers for $50 and $100 for Google adwords. And yet when you plugin those values in the planner it tells you that you need more money to get any real results.

So even their planner knows that those offers are just not worth having.

Adwords and Facebook are quite expensive and most small hosting companies will burn through their ad spend before even being able to test well.

My answer was related to OP question who wants to advertise massively. I assume he has enough fund to do this.
About cheap promotion methods for new small hosting company that would be a new question in another thread.

Write articles and submit to the popular directories. Do right SEO. This should be continuous process as it requires some time. Get in top of Google search results and you'll see the organic traffic will bring you the best result.

I guess the mentality needs to be "best ROI" and even then, there's not going to be just ONE answer, it's always going to be a combination of efforts when it comes to advertising and marketing.

There are many places to advertise and reach a massive audience, but I'd much rather spend the money to reach the targeted audience that I need. It's just like the SEO Clients that I deal with, they're more concerned about the number of people coming to their website rather than the number of targeted people buying products. Once we work with them a few months and they see that 10 people on their site that are interested in their product rather than 1000 people that are "just looking", they can easily pinpoint their ROI at that point.

So the same when it comes to advertising for webhosting etc - I'd much rather have 100 people buying services than an audience of 1 million people who MIGHT look at our site.

Forums do work, as do newsleters, magazines, Google/Bing Adwords, Billboards and Conferences too - but it's a combination of efforts that will yield the best results.

The excuse of "most of forum allow to advertise but they required to send a email to get price, time waste" is a pretty lame excuse. If you're concerned about the 3 minutes that it takes to drop in a request for advertising and the 24 hours to get a response, then you have no business advertising with them to begin with. This is setup specifically to weed out people who are really not interested in advertising. If you're serious about advertising, and you have a REAL budget, I'm sure any number of places will be willing to talk to you via email and on the phone.

If you're serious about advertising, and have a budget to back that up, there's a number of places you can advertise for just banners alone. Got $500/week budget and can commit for 8 weeks? I've got a place that will target only web designers, has a user base of more than 4 million and has users in 250 countries! That's $500/week, so about $4,000 commitment up front.
