Is there any chance you might ba able to pop over to ACE4SPACE.com and review the construction of the site and overall layout.

Want it to appeal to customers and therefore it should be straightforward and easy to navigate.. What do you think?

It has IPB forums, WHMCS and livehelp integrated into it!

Looks really neat, however the loading time could Improve.
The design seems to be really nice,I really like the light Blue.

The server is in the UK but it has 100mbps connection and plenty high enough specs, dont know why it loads slow for you Genesis, but thanks for taking a look around, you both forgot to enter the competition it was free ;)

The sites design is very nice and clean. One thing though, when you send a support invite for your live chat, half of the invite picture is cut off by your design. Something you might want to into it as it does not help you if a potential client sees that.

I was just getting ready to say this was a very nice site, then it stopped working and I cannot ping the domain.

But isn't it yet another flash template?
This site still isn't coming up for me this morning.

I see nothing wrong with flash templates - in fact, I love a lot of the flash templates out there. This site, when I could see it, looked good to me. :)

Dont know what the problem is there for you, have had now reports from our monitoring service at all... Hope you manage to get back on!

Originally yes it started out as a template, but it has been ripped apart, modified, rewritten and integrated so much that it is very very different to the template before..

Cheers anyway!

Well, I can now do a traceroute and ping the domain, but it appears to be the only domain that will not download for me here at this moment.

That is wierd! Does anyone else have a problem with this? What browser are you using? It works for us with IE and firefox..

I'm using IE7 - but I was able to view the site for some time, then it just stopped and I haven't been able to download it since - including just now.

We use hyperspin to monitor the sites status and it monitors from the following locations, we have had no downtime whatsoever.. Can you think of another reason we can look at as to why you can see the site? You have got me worried now..

It just came back up this morning - very strange. I've changed nothing at this workstation and didn't log off yesterday. Glad it's viewable again.

You must be a log way from the UK or have a limited connection then as the load time from the monitoring service webmetrics shows 0.64s permenantly that includes the flash!
