I have some customers who would like to host themselves at OVH, because of pricing, but due to OVH's poor software support they are hesitant to make the move.
I am employed directly by this company independantly of my own hosting business, which also partly uses OVH for its infrastructure.
Quite rightly the company wants to ensure that it can continue to operate should I be on holiday or a problem be too difficult for me to solve in a given timeframe.
(We are not looking for hardware support here, just software support, apache/php/mysql/mongo etc. They use the IUS software stack on RHEL/Centos 5 64 Bit)
This support should aslso include monitoring the system availablaility outside of office hours and restarting services if necessary etc.
Does anyone know of a company that could offer 2nd line SOFTWARE and out of hours monitoring support for such a company?
