Hello friends,

There is an indian company. There are providing webhosting at such a cheap rates that I can't believe them. There are providing shared web hosting at $20 for 5 years with 10GB space (per domain, per month) , 100GB badwidth (per domain, per month) and UNLIMITED domains.

I can't understand how there are providing at such cheap rates.
They said that there company is celebrating 25th year that's why they are proving at 90.25% discount. But they said that these offer is only available only for limited time.

I have buy 1 package at $20/ 5 years. They have awesome server speed. There severs are also very fast and qualitied.I haven't find any problem i there hosting in these 10 days.

I priviously use only big web hosting comapanies like godady or hostgator. But know i understand that other companies are also providing qualitied web hosting and that also at very cheap rates as compared to theme.

If i host a website on godady for 5 years it will cost me about $240 so i have $220 by shifting my hosting to them.

What should we choose costly hosting from well known large companies or cheap and qualitied services from non well kown small companies.

Friend tell me you views.

They said that there company is celebrating 25th year

So, they started hosting all the way back in 1988?
Seems fishy, especially when you consider how the first .COM domain name had only been registered three years prior in 1985. (and the creation of Google ten years later)

Not sure if this is spam, or a genuine post...

?

Why you thinks that they are doing only web hosting business from 1988. They may do another business that time. It might be possible that a company started growing apples in 1988 then in 2010 they stared doing web hosting companies.

Anyway i am also not sure that they are telling right!

Seems very fishy!!

Also 10GB x Unlimited = an unlimited solution

Unlimited = Unreliable

This is not a sustainable business model, so I doubt you will save money as the company is unlikely to be in business in 5 years.

Even 10GB for 1 year would cost more!!

Backup up often, would be my advise.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that "unlimited=unreliable", but their rates essentially come out to an average of $0.013 per day for hosting. That's not a lot of money to invest in hardware, support or anything like that.

When a company says that they're in their 25th year, generally that doesn't imply their company start date but rather their time in the industry. Essentially, using the marking of 25th year, they're tricking a lot of people into thinking they've been in hosting for 25 years. Very misleading. Using their philosophy I could say I have 37 years experience - since I'm 37 years old :)

With those low rates I'd be very cautious. Also, a 10 day testing period is not something to rave about or suggest others move over to them. If you had 6 months experience with them, that's a good window to offer a review.

Personally I'm not impressed by these rates.

Unlimited = Unreliable

Not if you are buying from the right places. You can get unreliable web hosting from a "limited" or "unlimited" hosting provider - just depends on where you shop.

If I was in your shoes I wouldn't go with $20/5 years, you have to consider the costs of running a reliable web hosting business (servers, support etc...) $20 for 5 years wouldn't cover it.

If you go for it keep us updated on how things are, be sure to create regular backups!

this is all i ould find on that offer, but its a dead link

$25 / 5 years webhosting limited time offer - NamePros.com
www.namepros.com › ... › Web Hosting › Web Hosting Offers‎
Limited time offer Price :- $20 / 5 years Disk Space :- 10GB {per domain, per month} ... Web Hosting Offers Hosting marketplace, buy/sell web hosting services.

other than that he is taking about an offer from a kiddie host on ebay

Well, of course it is better to use hosts with higher reliability and reputation in industry. But if your host satisfy your needs with uptime and prices why not to keep using them? But you should always think about your safety by yourself, remember this and keep your website backups and scripts updated

If you are thinking that how there expenses could not meet at such low price then what about hundreds of website providing free web hosting.
there are site like 000web host and bythhost they even not has 1% paid hosting customers all there 99% customers are of free webhosting.
then how could they manage there expences.

and the **************** is providing at $20 that offer is only for limited time.

they make their money by advertising/backlinks/banner exchanges and some will even have a paid service under a different brand that will subsidise their free hosting.

You should remember that $25 is not much for everyone but on the other side of the world it can be someone's salary for the whole month.

Although this sounds suspicious but even free hosting is possible nowadays. The cheap price often means lower quality of the service and support so they can focus on paying for the hardware only.

Many hosting companies don't offer 5 year contracts though. They can never know if the company will even exist by then especially with such a low pricing.

As i stated earlier free hosts will have other means to generate their income and cover the server costs.

I have yet to find a genuine host offer 5 year contracts. even WHMCS allows hosts to offer upto 3 years, but most will only offer annual at the most

Have you tried searching Google for reviews of this company? If you can't find any reviews on them or if there aren't many reviews, that is probably a very telling sign of the level of service you'll receive with them.
