I agree on taxes. Although you could also be exempt of taxes if you are a politician.

Not income taxes, but you will most likely be paying consumption taxes (sales tax, VAT) when you get your sweets and icecream, unless you live in a place where there's no such tax.

if the business is not VAT registered then they cant charge Tax, so therefore Tax is not a guarantee.

Well, I don't know about life - there's no guarantee you'll be born, and if not, you'll never die. If you are born, then yes, you will die - the two guarantees. Of course there is another guarantee and that is that time will never end.
