Wish I could answer your question Loren, they sure have a great design. I am not much for a lot of flash but that site loaded and ran with ease.
 
I don't recognise that style of design from anywhere, normally you can work out what company did it, if they are common for designing hosting sites.
I think its a great design but I hate scrolling inside the actual page (Like a frame, iFrame)

They should tell you if you did try contact them though, like Tom said :)
