Well Ive been open just over a year now, and i feel that I have learned a hell of a lot in a year.
I was one of those people who started up hosting friends, not really knowing what im doing, and ive moved on from a donhost reseller to sharing a rackshack server, learning Cpanel/WHM and Ensim in the process, as well as learning how to set up dns records properly.
I've learnt how to manage customers better and the rule of the customer is also right. I have also picked up on how to tell fake orders
As a result I've got a pretty decent bunch of customers, word of mouth is starting to kick in and its been an all round good year. Hopefully this year will be even better.
