Tencent Cloud and TrueWatch from Singapore have partnered to launch Indonesia’s first multi-cloud SaaS observability platform. Tencent Cloud revealed this during Tencent Cloud Day in Indonesia. The collaboration focuses on simplifying cloud monitoring, enhancing how businesses operate, and strengthening security for companies using multiple cloud systems.
Managing different cloud platforms can be challenging for many companies, often leading to scattered data, uneven performance, and inefficiencies. TrueWatch provides a solution by offering a platform that unifies all monitoring tools into one straightforward interface.
This setup allows businesses to clearly view their data, gain a better understanding of costs, and adhere to international data protection regulations. The platform is hosted on Tencent Cloud’s Indonesia Availability Zone, which ensures easy setup and continuous availability.
Mike Loong, the Executive Director of TrueWatch, said that their method makes it easier to manage cloud services and ensures they follow Indonesia’s data laws. Faye Gong, the Business Development Director for Southeast Asia at Tencent Cloud, explained that their strong infrastructure will help businesses work better and be more reliable.
This partnership provides key benefits, such as guaranteeing 99.99% uptime, speeding up deployment times for observability solutions by 50%, and enhancing security compliance across various regions.
Tencent Cloud is steadily expanding in Southeast Asia by investing in infrastructure to support the region’s digital growth. As more businesses need observability solutions, this partnership positions Tencent Cloud and TrueWatch as crucial players in helping businesses optimize their cloud operations while ensuring security and compliance.
