ServiceNow locks In $1.2B Google Cloud deal as multi-platform strategy expands

ServiceNow has signed a $1.2 billion, five-year cloud deal with Google Cloud, deepening its multi-cloud commitments amid rising infrastructure demands. The software firm reported $4.8 billion in total cloud commitments through 2030, alongside a separate $1.9 billion pledge for data center expansion. With ex-Google exec Amit Zavery now leading ServiceNow’s product strategy, the deal reflects a growing trend of enterprise alignment across multiple cloud providers.
