Amazon has filed to develop the Northeast Creek Technology Campus, a 374-acre data center campus in Louisa County, Virginia. This project will include ten 382,000 sq ft data centers, three substations, and administrative facilities, part of Amazon’s $11 billion investment in central Virginia. With this second data campus in Louisa, Amazon continues to deepen its presence in the region’s data infrastructure landscape.
