DigitalBridge Group has agreed to acquire UK-based data center developer Yondr Group, aiming to benefit from soaring AI-driven data center needs. With Big Tech’s growing investments in AI infrastructure, the acquisition strengthens DigitalBridge’s digital portfolio. Yondr will operate independently within DigitalBridge, with the deal set to close in early 2025. The financial terms remain undisclosed, and Mubadala’s stake in Yondr is yet to be clarified.
