CleanArc Data Centers has welcomed real estate investor Townsend Group as a strategic backer to accelerate development of its 600MW Virginia campus. While Snowhawk remains majority stakeholder, the deal strengthens CleanArc’s capital base as it pushes toward 300MW delivery by early 2027. With founder Jim Trout at the helm, the company is betting big on next-gen infrastructure to meet rising AI and hyperscale demand.
