IT management software giant CA has acquired Cassatt Corporation – a cloud computing software developer. As part of the deal, CA also inherits Cassatt’s intellectual property including existing and pending patent applications. According to the co-founder of Cassatt, its company is a leader in cloud-style architecture usage. The chief architech of CA also praised Cassatt for its works on data center optimization.
