FirstLight, acquired by Antin Infrastructure Partners in 2018 has announced it’s deal to acquire BestWeb, data and telephone service provider in the lower Hudson Valley. Being a leading internet, data-center, cloud computing, fibre-optic data and unified communication service provider to enterprises all over the Northeast, the addition of BestWeb brings in enhanced potential in different New York’s counties like  Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Dutchess. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
