    How often do you encourage your clients to make backups?

    Its stated in our terms we are not responsible for the lose of data, the backups I take are on RAID0 storage so its not fireproof. However losing node data and backup server together would be rare i still encourage they do their own backups.

    This is a big problem in the industry at the moment, like most people have said already is to educate them. Explain the security issues using a nulled product in blogs etc and link software IP checkers so people can see if software is legit or not.

    I personally think having a whmcs template matching the rest of your website gives customers that little bit more confidents. I see many providers use different themes and sometimes even different domains which completely scares customers off as they think their being redirected to another site...

    I would personally go for stripe, their very friendly and helpful and have the lowest fees that I know. They take all credit and debit cards and payouts are only every 3 days.
