One bug that's still a problem is functioning WHMCS Connect, not critical or customer facing. The other bug we found recently had to do with Stripe card payments initiated by the admin not going through, they half fixed that one, but it shows that the payment is initiated by the user.

It's quite frustrating to say the very least. Once you upgrade, you find new bugs too. It's difficult to stay on the 'stable release' these days.

The problem (in my opinion) begins when the type of use of the server isn't defined. For example, is the use type for web hosting and a control panel is required? What if the server is running Windows and some corporate application?

I agree, no way will I let AI respond to customers. It's one of the most frustrating things to talk to a "bot" as a customer.

Is anyone here familiar with AdminBolt? I got to speak with the founder of it recently, but I hadn't heard of it prior to that. It's suppose to be a parallel to cPanel / run on the same infrastructure from my understanding!

While I'm looking forward to CloudFest in Miami again, I won't be at the Germany event. I hope everyone has a great time though!

It is a real shame, we are about to deploy some new cPanel servers too. It does sound like CSF / lfd may be released under Github. That being said, we really use the MailScanner Front-End system. Anyone already looking at alternatives there?
