    Trully believe the only way to solve this its to have own ASN/IP resource and deal with abuse yourself and not datacenter administrator, that can lead in delays and downtimes.     Speficiy in your TOS whast not accepted, and: 1. Receive the formal complain from a formal email, not gmail / free emails. 2. Inform the client and give them a time period to solve, usually 48 hours. 3. if the client does not respond in time perioud, block ip.

    Depends on the host, sometimes I have seen people hire dedicated hosting via vps with 2GB and WHM/cpanel license where sometimes there is shared cpanel accounts with physical 4GB assigned, this will definitely work better than the vps.

    If you are asking this go VPS, would suggest WHM/Cpanel or Webuzo/softaculous as panels. and do remote backups, when its time to migrate to colo or dedi, its just a matter of restoring the backup and changing domain ip.

    Is Virtualizor or Solus VM 2 better for KVM VPS offering?

    Take a look at proxmox, modulesgarden module for whmcs integrates very good but its expensive, this is what we use, but we might change this in the future because they have been increasing the price, not $300/year anymore its way more, good thing they are not the only module out there anymore.
