    If you choose to go with GoDaddy make sure you read the renewal costs, upfront 1 year costs are usually much lower than renewal costs with this particular registrar.

    I use Namecheap and plan on using Porkbun for the rest of my domain purchases. They are both cheap registrars and Porkbun is new to the table but it works really well and I like all aspects of the website and purchasing process. I would recommend Namecheap and Porkbun and Namesilo also.

    Go with a domain name that you feel works best for what you are going to host on the domain, make sure its not too long and complex so your customers can find your website easier.
