    Is Intel now playing catch up to AMD?

    Xeons will always rule the server market in my opinion. The old Xeons still hold their value to this day, and I wouldn't use any other processor for a server. I wasn't even aware AMD had a server based processor that could compete with Xeon.

    Set up fees or lower pricing?

    FREE setup is a good way to stand out I feel and entices the user to signup. If there is a setup fee, that can be confusing to the customer. You should always have a one price system for your web hosting plan.

    Standing apart

    24x7 customer support is always the most important. Someone has to always be there. If something goes wrong, and no one is there to answer, that can be troubling for a customer.

    Payment gateway

    I still feel PayPal is the best. First party merchant accounts like Authorize.net are great and all, but can be very high in fraud and risky. PayPal is the oldest and most known payment gateway around, also people familiarize it with eBay so it is friendly and mainstream.
